H.R. RESPONSIBILITY
- Supports and facilitates local management team meetings,
provides constructive feedback and input in order
to improve individual, team and organizational performance,
establishes a culture of performance.
- Develops, coordinates and implements aligned HR policies
for the unit, participates in projects if required.
- Administer all HR functions, including recruitment,
payroll & benefits, rewards & performance management,
learning & development, internal/external relations
and relocation along with local HR PPD services.
Offers specific local expertise and HR infrastructure
service regarding:
- Local Compensations & Benefits policy (incl.
Pensions)
- Labour/industrial relations, health and safety policy's
- Local cross-business career development processes
(‘internal
mobility)
- Facilitate & manage recruiting strategies and
progress in cooperation with HR manager.
- Provide training need input and facilitate the training
plan and coordinate execution of corporate training programs
- Manage MD process, provide date and facilitate development
plan by providing consultation.
- Coordinate Performance Review process (PPM) and work
with management to ensure the process is meaningful and
to ensure objective appraisals are written.
- Conduct regional/Local employee engagement surveys
and carry out appropriate program to improve employee
engagement
- Facilitates effective local employee/labor relations,
develops and maintains relationship with local key stake
holders.
